Damaged or incorrect products
If your product is damaged or you believe that is incorrect for any reason, please contact us in order to discuss about it and start the replacement procedure as long as this is required. * Please note that you can post back to us at our own cost only for the first possible replacement. In any case you should first contact us and communicate either via phone call or via e-mail attaching a photo which will prove the problem that has occurred.
Cancel an order
In the event of order cancellation (totally or partially) you ought to send us an e-mail through the contact form or contact us at email@example.com. You are provided with this facility previous to the confirmation of the dispatching of your order. After the products dispatch, we accept no cancellation.
