What is dry brushing:

It is the slow brushing of our skin surface a couple of minutes before your daily shower. Exfoliates, promotes blood circulation, boosts skin detox, reduces cellulite, provides stress relief.

Made responsibly in China.

CARE & USE INSTRUCTIONS

  • Start at the bottom of your feet and using small and firm strokes work your way up your legs. On your arms area, begin at the hand and work upward. Always sweep up towards your heart using light strokes in one movement. In that way you work the lymphtatic flow of your body. A slight reddening of the skin is normal, it is the blood circulation responding to the skin brushing. But if you notice skin irritation you should stop brushing immediately.
  • Dry brush your skin ideally 3 times weekly for 3-5 minutes ,before your shower. Complete your skin care by applying a body oil or body butter and their nutrients will be greatly absorbed after the exfoliation.
  • If the bristles are too hard for your skin leave the brush in hot water for 10 minutes.
  • Exfoliation should be done carefully with slow and light movements without working the same area for the second time. Never brush over inflamed areas e.g. open wounds, inflamed sores, varicose veins, sunburnt skin and many other inflamations because the brushing may cause more irritation.
  • For sensitive skins dry brushing should be applied once a week using very gentle strokes. You should stop immediately after you notice redness in your skin.
  • For wet use you should clean well the soap from the brush, shake off excess water and hang in a well-ventilated place.
  • In any case you should tap the brush after use to remove dead skin and wash once a week with soap and warm water. Afterwards shake off excess water and hang in a well-ventilated place.
  • Do not submerge the brush for a long period of time.

END OF LIFE

  • Remove the sisal bristles from the wire and compost in household compost bin.
  • Recycle the hanging card of the packaging.
